What This Page Is

The online companion to the workbook.

These tools connect to the QR codes and workbook pages inside Relief Is Coming. They are here to help you slow down, write honestly, and take the next right step.

Some pages are printable. Some can be completed on a phone or computer. The point is not to do the work perfectly. The point is to tell the truth, stay willing, and keep walking.

Use these tools for:

  • Step work and personal inventory.
  • Written reflection between meetings, groups, or sessions.
  • Conversations with a sponsor, mentor, counselor, or peer support worker.
  • Private writing when you need a place to begin.
  • Printed worksheets for treatment, sober living, or group use.

How to Use Them

Keep it honest. Keep it simple. Keep walking.

1

Choose one page.

Do not try to fix everything at once. Pick the worksheet that matches the work in front of you today.

2

Tell the truth.

Do not perform. Do not make it sound better or worse. Write what actually happened and what is actually true.

3

Share wisely.

Bring the work to a sponsor, counselor, mentor, peer support worker, or trusted recovery person when appropriate.

These tools are not meant to replace sponsorship, therapy, treatment, medical care, or emergency support. They are here to help you begin honest written recovery work.

Continue the Writing

When a worksheet opens something larger, give it room.

The Recovery Journal gives you a private place to continue writing after a worksheet, meeting, group, conversation, or difficult day.

It can be used by itself or beside the workbook. Its 120 pages include comfortable wide line spacing, occasional prompts, inventory pages, and next-action pages without forcing every thought into a fixed form.

Privacy Note

Your recovery work is personal. Handle it with care.

The interactive worksheets save answers only in the browser on the device you are using. They do not create an account or send your written answers to Serenity Media.

Treat anything you write with the same care you would give a private journal or personal inventory, especially on a shared phone, public computer, work computer, or borrowed device.

Before writing online:

  • Use a private device when possible.
  • Be careful on shared or public computers.
  • Download or print only what you are comfortable keeping.
  • Use the page's clear-saved-answers option when privacy requires it.
  • Talk with a trusted recovery person before sharing sensitive inventory work.

For Programs and Groups

Simple worksheet access for treatment, sober living, and recovery support.

These pages can support individual reflection, group assignments, alumni work, sober living structure, and peer support conversations.

Programs may use the tools as optional supplemental worksheets alongside existing clinical care, peer support, sponsorship, or recovery programming. Workbook packs, journal packs, and paired program bundles are available through direct inquiry.

Possible program settings:

  • Detox and residential treatment.
  • PHP, IOP, and outpatient programs.
  • Sober living and supportive housing.
  • Peer support and alumni programming.
  • Churches, recovery ministries, and community groups.

Two Ways to Work

Use guided recovery work, open writing space, or both together.

The workbook supplies the reflections, questions, spiritual direction, and practical actions. The Recovery Journal creates more room for whatever the work brings up.
