Recovery Tools & QR Worksheets
The companion worksheet hub for Relief Is Coming: Reflections from the Desert of Addiction.
These pages are built for the person doing the work: on paper, on a phone, in treatment, with a sponsor, in sober living, or alone at the kitchen table trying to tell the truth.
What This Page Is
These tools are connected to the QR codes and workbook pages inside Relief Is Coming. They are here to help you slow down, write honestly, and take the next right step.
Some pages are printable. Some can be filled out on your phone or computer. The point is not to do it perfectly. The point is to tell the truth, stay willing, and keep walking.

How to Use Them
Do not try to fix everything at once. Pick the worksheet that matches the work in front of you today.
Write honestly. Do not perform. Do not make it sound better. Do not make it sound worse. Just tell the truth.
Bring the work to a sponsor, counselor, mentor, peer support worker, or trusted recovery person when appropriate.
These tools are not meant to replace sponsorship, therapy, treatment, medical care, or emergency support. They are here to help you begin honest written recovery work.
Privacy Note
Some worksheet pages may allow you to type into fields, print your answers, or download a copy for yourself. Treat anything you write with the same care you would give a private journal or inventory.
Do not use these pages as a place to store information you would not want someone else to see on a shared phone, work computer, public computer, or borrowed device.
For Programs & Groups
These pages can support individual reflection, group assignments, alumni work, sober living structure, and peer support conversations.
Programs can use the tools as optional supplemental worksheets alongside existing clinical care, peer support, sponsorship, or recovery programming.
The Workbook
Relief Is Coming: Reflections from the Desert of Addiction is a raw, honest recovery workbook for people who are hurting, newly sober, trying again, or standing at the edge of change.
The online tools are here to support the written work inside the book, not replace it. The workbook gives the reflections, questions, and daily direction. These pages give you a place to keep working.
