Instructions for completion

1. List the people you hurt through conduct other than sexual conduct. Complete Column 1 from top to bottom before moving on.

2. Write what you did. Complete Column 2 from top to bottom.

3. Mark which part of self caused the hurt: self-esteem, security, ambitions, or sex instinct.

4. Then look for your own mistakes. Where were you selfish, dishonest, self-seeking and frightened, or inconsiderate?

5. Use “What’s my part in it?” to write honestly about your own role, responsibility, conduct, reaction, fear, dishonesty, selfishness, or part in the harm.
