Instructions for completion
1. Pick one character defect from your Step 4 and Step 5 work.
2. Identify the opposite character asset. Use the terminology reference below as a thought starter.
3. Define both the defect and the asset in simple language.
4. Write recent examples of the defect in action and how it affects you and others.
5. Decide whether you are ready to have this defect removed. If not, write honestly about what you believe you gain by keeping it.
6. Finish with a specific plan of action: what you will stop doing and what you will begin doing instead.
