Instructions for completion

1. List the people, institutions, or principles you are resentful at. Complete all Column 1 entries before moving on.

2. Write the cause. Why are you angry? Complete all Column 2 entries before moving on.

3. Mark which part of self was affected: social instinct, security instinct, sex instinct, and ambitions.

4. Then look for your own mistakes. Where were you selfish, dishonest, self-seeking and frightened, or inconsiderate?

5. Use “What’s my part in it?” to write honestly about your own role, responsibility, reaction, behavior, fear, dishonesty, selfishness, or part in the resentment.
